Rate description

  • Our rates include: the usage of water, gas, electricity, bed-linen, towels (no daily change), final cleaning, the usage of pools, breakfast
  • Weekend surcharge: will be charged for Friday and/or Saturday night / room / night
  • City tax of Siofok is extra: EUR 1,5/day/adult
  • From the 6.7. until 7.3. booking is possible for the minimum of 2 nights.
  • In the main season (7.3.-8.27.) booking is possible for at least 4 nights.
  • When you want to book 50 % deposit is required via bank transfer. We do not pay it back if you cancelled your reservation, modification is possible 30 days before arrival.
  • Arrival from 2 pm and departure till 10 am.
  • The rental along with the city tax must be paid at arrival in cash – EUR or HUF.
  • We do not pay the rental back after you have arrived at the house and accepted the room.
  • Air conditioning: EUR 6/day.
  • We do not have 24-hour reception as this is a private house, arrival is possible until 8 pm.
  • We do not have daily cleaning, we do not change towels every day, and they can only be used in the rooms.
  • Pets are not allowed.
