Rate description
- Our rates include: the usage of water, gas, electricity, bed-linen, towels (no daily change), final cleaning, the usage of pools
- City tax of Siofok is extra: EUR 1,5/day/adult
- When you want to book 50 % deposit is required via bank transfer. We do not pay it back if you cancelled your reservation, modification is possible 30 days before arrival.
- Arrival from 2 pm and departure till 10 am.
- The rental along with the city tax must be paid at arrival in cash – EUR or HUF.
- We do not pay the rental back after you have arrived at the house and accepted the room.
- Air conditioning: EUR 6/day.
- We do not have 24-hour reception as this is a private house, arrival is possible until 8 pm.
- We do not have daily cleaning, we do not change towels every day, and they can only be used in the rooms.
- Pets are not allowed.
